Nail Sizing Requirements

Accurate nail bed sizing is required when placing your order. For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit prior to placing your order or using the Quarter sizing method (photos due at purchase).

If you require custom sizing, please be sure to include your measurements in the Order Notes section at checkout.

Processing & Turnaround Time

All orders are handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Our current processing/turnaround time is 7–14 business days. Please note that turnaround times may fluctuate depending on order volume.

Once your order has been completed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for shipping. Postal carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Order Status & Tracking

Customers are responsible for monitoring their order updates.

Order status updates will be sent via email once your order reaches the appropriate stage of processing. Once tracking information is provided, customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status and following carrier updates.

Rush Orders

If you need your order by a specific date, a Rush Order/Express Shipping Package must be purchased at checkout.

Rush orders must be added to your cart at the time your order is placed.

Please include your required delivery date in the Order Notes section.

Please note that purchasing rush processing does not eliminate potential carrier delays.

Custom Orders

For all custom orders, your desired design must be submitted via email for review and confirmation.

Turnaround time begins once your design has been received and confirmed.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
